2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time may be processed in server logs to provide, secure and maintain the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be processed in the United States. Vercel states that appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to evaluate anonymized website visits and page views. The service does not use cookies. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of our website.

3. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your request. Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer required for the purpose of the correspondence and no statutory retention obligation applies. The contact form currently validates submitted entries but does not forward or permanently store them.

4. Launch notification

If you sign up for our launch notification, we store your email address and the time of registration in a private Vercel Blob store. We use this information only to notify you when the new Anton Robotics website launches. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We delete the address after sending the launch notification or after you withdraw your consent.

5. Appointment booking

When you book an appointment on our AMB page, we process your first and last name, email address, selected time slot and, if provided, company name. We use this information only to arrange the meeting and send the calendar invitation. The required fields are necessary for the booking; without them, we cannot reserve an appointment. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment concerns steps requested before entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and organising meetings.

We use Microsoft 365 to manage the appointment and send the invitation. Microsoft acts as our processor. Appointment data is stored in our business calendar until it is no longer required to arrange or follow up the meeting and is then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer storage. Microsoft may process data outside the EU or EEA. Where required, such transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum, which is available on the Microsoft website. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

6. Protection against automated bookings

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the booking form to prevent automated misuse. Cloudflare processes technical connection and device information needed for this check. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in protecting the booking system. Cloudflare may process data in the United States; transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage and performance. The service does not use cookies or track visitors across websites. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our website.

7. Vimeo video

Our AMB page embeds a video from Vimeo. When the video is loaded, Vimeo receives technical connection data, including your IP address. We use Vimeo's do-not-track setting to limit analytics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in presenting our automation solution in video form. Vimeo may process data outside the EU or EEA. Further information is available in Vimeo's Privacy Policy.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive data you provided in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when our website, service providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: September 2026.
